I am a trial lawyer who is dedicated to representing the interests of consumers of legal services and insurance, and people who have been injured by negligence, malpractice, and bad faith.  Though based in the Denver Metro Area, my firm takes on cases throughout Colorado and New Mexico.  While I am  capable of taking any case to trial, my philosophy is to resolve disputes as efficiently as possible.  I believe in the motto that "it is better to have a good life, than a good lawsuit," so I strive for solutions to problems short of litigation whenever possible.  If you have questions about an insurance dispute, or  personal injury, give me a call.  I have flexible fee structures, including hourly and contingent fee agreements.
