I represent lenders in matters involving origination and servicing issues. I also represent title insurance companies, their insureds, and other individuals in matters including multi-party cases involving real estate related claims.  I also offer mediation services, and serve on the executive committee of the Western Washington Bankruptcy Court's mediation program.
