I hired Dawn to help assist in obtaining custody of my son. (Hired her over the phone) This was an interstate case as I lived in Arkansas and my son lived in Pennsylvania. As you can imagine a mother without her child would feel being 1900 miles away from all the court hearings. Not physically even being in the same state will drive you crazy if you do not have a good stable support group around you. With Dawn being there it made me feel 120% better. I knew she had my sons best interests at heart. He knew her and trusted her and we all thank God for her. She is a mom and a grandmother herself and exudes these traits to the children she is fighting for and they can feel it. Dawn was always so quick to message/call me back. I'm sure I bugged her to death but she never made me feel that way. Her staff was always so helpful and friendly and fast! Everything was filed on time and filed properly. She knew what we needed to do to get my son back home to Arkansas. If you know anything about the law this is not an easy task to accomplish. I listened to everything she suggested (not told) me to do. I do believe every time the court hearing didn't go our way that she felt it and probably even took it home with her. I wouldn't have my son with me now if it wasn't for her fighting for us. She rescued my son from a bad situation that was only escalating. She stuck with me for 7 years! I even miss talking with her. There isn't a rating high enough for me to choose that even comes close to how she has mended our family back together. And can I say for the 1 Star Rating below that none of what he said can be true. Dawn doesn't lie...EVER! She will even tell you things that you don't want to hear but they are always true. We appreciate you so much Dawn! God Bless You and Your Family!

I should have written this soon after I had to fired Ms. Palange for writing a custody order that favored my ex wife, was the exact opposite of what I was fighting for, and without consulting me before sending it to opposing counsel, but I wanted to make sure my account was closed with her before posting this. When I was looking for an attorney for what was going to be a very nasty divorce, Ms. Palange sold me by telling me she knew who the judges played poker with on the weekends and that she was a former custody master and knew how to get me the best deal possible imply that had connections or at least she was well connected. If true, none of it helped. It the beginning she was all about my case until I started to see that she didn’t remember my case and I had to remind her of things we discussed. Then the focus for her was making sure she got paid. Despite all the billable hours she claimed she completed, her professionalism and ethics were very questionable which I found out when interviewing for a new lawyer before I fired her. I found out that items such as completing an inventory of assets and debts should have been done at the start of the divorce but wasn't. The final custody order was written in favor of my ex wife in the manner in which opposing counsel wanted. Was told by other lawyers that the custody order wasn't worth the money charged to complete it with several typos and grammar errors like it was thrown together. I found out through my new lawyer there were many things which should have been done previously and weren’t. Ms. Palange spent more time placating opposing counsel rather than fighting for my rights as a father and a client. Ms. Palange would refuse my request to go to court or allowed to be heard in front of the master or a judge. I could give you so many more examples, but I think you get the idea. If you need a lawyer to represent your interests or go to battle for you, Ms. Palange is not the lawyer for you.
