I am a zealous advocate and can help you understand the process and protect your interests. I defend physicians and other healthcare providers in professional regulatory investigations including before the Virginia Department of Health Professions and the Board of Medicine in Virginia and Washington, D.C. I represent providers in credentialing and privileges matters, databank reporting and private and government investigations. I also counsel clients on risk management and employment issues, including EEOC claims, and provide general counsel services to physicians and their practices. I have defended hundreds of healthcare providers in trial courts throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia in medical malpractice cases.I work diligently with clients to collaborate in finding responsive, strategic solutions to fit a client's needs and resources.
