When I met Angela, it was my last attempt at trying to resolve my immigration situation. My file was "under review" with the USCIS for 5 years with absolutely no information on what the hold up was. We were very frustrated, disheartened and just plain done. Overpriced, and doesn’t actually pay attention to details. My case was denied because of a detail they overlooked and i keep on being charged for appeals, emails AND phone calls.
