Miss Trimble was a court appointed attorney in 2002. She entered into a plea bargain with the county attorney in Wilson County Kansas without authorization. I was left incarcerated while they entered into a plea agreement in the judge's Chambers that I was not made aware of. The journal entry falsely states that I was present, in person, and through my attorney which I was not. She knew not to accept any deal that I would not accept anything.
