She was not dealing with my case seriously throughout the time I was working with Indiana University Student Legal Service. She replies to me every two or three weeks and gives me no useful information. She even laughed out loud when she told me she found out the other party didn't have enough coverage for my medical expenses. And when I asked for the files from the student legal, she threw me some words and left without saying anything. She also wanted me to pay the medical expenses myself instead of trying to put a lien on this case since I'm at a no-fault position in the accident.
