If you're looking for a litigation attorney, something has gone wrong. You won't go wrong by hiring Mr. Swan. He has a great sense of what steps to take to address whatever has gone wrong. He quickly understood our goals, pushed back to make sure we were being reasonable, and then proposed a strategy. Mr. Swan is refreshingly candid but understanding. He gave us confidence about where things stood.
Andrew is certainly on the nicer and more polite side of lawyers I've encountered. What really set him apart was he managed to mix politeness with directness. He didn't beat around the bush and objectively examined my case before giving his legal opinion.
I have worked with a lot of attorneys in complex civil litigation and Mr. Swan is the top of the top. Don't waste your time, just go see him.
I talked with a lot of attorneys about my issue and several of them referred me to Mr. Swan. I know why, he's the best around. Mr. Swan is scary smart and knows his stuff.
I have never met a better lawyer than Andrew Swan. From our consultation, Mr. Swan was insightful and blunt and told me exactly what I needed to hear even when I didn't want to hear it. Plus he's so nice! I was successful in my employment case because of his strategy and hard work. Yes, you can find cheaper lawyers but you get what you paid for. He's worth every cent.
What I found most valuable about Andrew Swan, is that he very carefully explained any risks and associated costs of particular legal proceedings surrounding our case. When he explained that we had a certain percentage of a chance toward getting a motion granted or denied, he was spot-on in his assessment of those percentages, and the risks involved. In addition, he was very aggressive with our counter-suit claims (which made all of the difference in terms of the end outcome) in our final proceedings. This is the best legal counsel myself, any my company, has ever received from any attorney. He was happy to discuss, in detail, all of the components and variables surrounding the issues in our case. Andrew didn't just take legal action when needed, he gave valuable counsel regarding the outcome, risks and costs of those actions and proceedings. As a client who is unfamiliar with many such proceedings, this enabled us to make careful, calculated decisions regarding how to move forward, and what it would cost. Most importantly, he was JUST as articulate and detailed in his filings and motions. The value of this notion of perfectionism when it comes to filing motions, claims, and other written correspondences to the court simply cannot be emphasized enough. From the beginning, it was obvious that he likes what he does, and he is very good at what he does. My business partner and I were confident in his professionalism, and his abilities, and as a result of Andrew's competence, we won our case in a timely manner without delay. Would we hire him again? Absolutely, and without question.
Hire him before your opposition can retain him. Andrew Swan is what every lawyer should be. I was lucky enough to hire him to handle some litigation for me. He's trustworthy, and he knows the law like the back of his hand. Moreover, he keeps an eye on costs, and doesn't empty your bank account. He's done such a good job for my company, I'd give him ten stars, if I could.
