Regular communication is a top priority for Beth McIntosh Irving as she advises clients on urgent or ongoing legal issues. By solving problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, she strives to provide cost effective legal services to her business and real estate clients.Beth concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate acquisition, development, financing, business transactions and commercial leasing. She has extensive experience coordinating complex commercial real estate closings, and negotiating construction, leasing and management contracts on behalf of her clients. She represents large developers, national and regional tenants and foundations in connection with their real estate needs both locally and nationally. Beth is a frequent speaker on business and transactional topics related to lease work-outs, mechanics liens and sales of businesses and real estate.  She served on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Center for the Visual Arts, and for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).  In her leisure time, Beth enjoys making her own silver jewelry.
