About
I am born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and got my undergraduate degree from Wichita State University. I love my city and that is why I decided to open up shop in downtown Wichita upon completing my legal education in Florida. I hate to use the cliche, but Dorothy was right: "there is no place like home." I practice estate planning: wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and I love what I do. I am passionate about my work because I get to meet new people every day, and get to apply a hard earned education to help people acheive peace of mind and security for thier families. I see my work more as an opportunity to build relationships rather than simply perform mindless tasks. I don't care how much effort is put into mastering the law of wills and trusts; if a client doesn't feel comfortable telling me thier hopes and desires for thier future, I cannot create an effective plan, and I have failed at my job. I want to get to know you, and build a lasting relationship. Hopefully, you will notice that immediately when you give me a call. Know that, if you decide to come for a consultation, you will recieve my undivided attention. My focus is on estate planning so I am not split in different directions trying to keep up on changes in the law.Cost is always a concern for individuals when pursuing any kind of legal service. Creating an estate plan is an important process, and I don't want any of my clients fearing that they will be surprised by a huge bill. You will know what the cost is before we get started, and I will always check in first about any additional costs that may come up. I would be delighted to help you create security for you and your family's future.

Andrew is the only attorney I trust to handle any legal matters for our family and you will not find a more honest and transparent attorney than Andrew. The legal services he has provided have been custom tailored to meet our needs and his expertise is top-notch. It is invaluable to have someone like Andrew on your team and allows me great peace of mind knowing my legal matters are being handled by someone I trust so much.
My wife and I hired Andrew for our estate planning and couldn’t have been happier. His expertise and care for our situation made the process feel seamless and personal. Andrew has made himself available over and over for follow up work as our lives have changed over the years. He’s truly a family attorney. We are pleased and confident that when difficult times or end of life issues arise, Andrew has taken care of our family and executed our desires for the legacy of our family.
My wife and I have known Andy since he was 12 years old. He was a fine young man and now an excellent lawyer. He has always been balanced and level headed. He has provided legal services for my wife and I since becoming a lawyer and his service was excellent. He updated our will and performed estate planning. He is also a member of The House of Hope Wichita Running Team which promotes The House of Hope Wichita by running miles for families in crisis.
I called him and asked him how much he said $1200 to set up a trust. Great, we set a time to do a phone appointment. By the end of an hour long call it was $2100. I couldn't believe it. But I needed it set up immediately so I just said fine out of pure exhaustion. But it's just leaving a completely bitter taste in my mouth about the whole thing. It was also incredibly annoying how he wouldn't listen and kept pushing me to make the payout from my trust to just once or twice a year. I started out monthly but gave in and said quarterly and three times THREE times I had to say no I didn't want it to go any longer than quarterly. I won't be using him again for anything else. Even though there are several business matters I need a lawyer for. Do not recommend. Wow, first meeting and just extremely rude for him to remark on my appearance. I am completely regretting using him.
