I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for undergrad, where I received a B.A. in Political Science. I returned to Memphis for law school, where I graduated in 2012. I passed the Tennessee Bar Exam in October 2012. I worked briefly for a general practice firm before taking a job as Associate Attorney at the Claiborne Ferguson Law Firm.In March 2014, I became a Founding Partner of Beaty Medlock & Plunk in Memphis, TN. We handle Criminal Law, Real Estate Transactions, Collections work, Wills, Estates, and Personal Injury. I head up the Criminal department. I love what I do. Drew was very helpful in processing my case. I had been charged with a DUI, substance, and reckless driving. He was very informative on the possible outcomes and predictions of where the case would go. After receiving the results Drew quickly knew the best method for a beneficial result. He got them initially to drop all charges except for reckless driving. He recommended we not plead on that charge. Within an hour of the initial deal Drew returned with a full dismissal. All charges were dropped and there will be no history of this on my record. I highly recommend his services.
Attorney Plunk came into what should have been a slam dunk case dismissal and ran into a different DA that seemed to be unwilling to go by what had been stated by previous DA.
