About
I am an attorney at the law firm of Carnahan Evans in Springfield, Missouri, where I am a member of the Estate Planning Practice Group. My practice involves communication with clients aimed at understanding their unique estate planning needs and objectives, and the preparation of various estate planning documents, including simple and complex trusts, wills, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and business documents to accurately reflect those needs. I also assist in the administration of the estates of loved ones who have recently passed away.I genuinely enjoy the personal communication that comes with my profession, and appreciate the opportunity to sit down with clients to discuss their concerns and objectives regarding the assets they have worked so hard to acquire over their lifetime, as well as the continued protection of their family members in the event of incapacity or death. Most people spend a lifetime accumulating their assets, but many neglect to spend just a few hours to protect them. It is my hope that after meeting with me, you will feel a sense of accomplishment and relief at having taken important steps toward protecting your assets and providing for your family's continued welfare in the future.I earned my J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in May of 2015, graduating with a concentration in Estate Planning and Taxation. While in law school, I was awarded the 2015 Michelle Arnopol Cecil Award for Excellence in Taxation, and held numerous leadership positions, including membership on the executive board of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. I was a member of the Missouri Law Review editorial board from 2013-2015, and am the author of two published articles in the Missouri Law Review. I received my bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in Business, from the University of Missouri in 2011.I look forward to the opportunity to assist you in your estate planning matters!

Andy was very personable and knowledgeable in our estate planning. He answered questions in language that was easily understood. We were very satisfied with the work he did for us.
Andy did a great job listening to what we wanted to achieve as we updated our trust documents. He quickly reviewed what we previously had in place and made suggestions on what to put into the trusts to accomplish our desired outcome. He was extremely easy to work with and professional at all times.
Andy Peebles has helped us set up a small business with proper planning and documentation to ensure we are in good legal shape. He has also helped my family with estate planning and on all fronts we found Andy to be very knowledgeable, professional, and a great listener. We would highly recommend working with Andy and CECB.
My wife and I recently reinstated an old living trust with Andy Peebles. Working with Andy was a great experience because of his professionalism and knowledge in this area. We hope that we never have to use what we have created but if we do I feel confident that what he did for us will be more than adequate!
I would highly recommend Andy Peebles to anyone who is doing estate planning. His knowledge in the field of trusts and the execution of trusts is most impressive. Andy has been quick to respond to many questions I have had regarding trusts. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
When my sister passed away, I suddenly became the trustee for the trust fund that she had set up for her two sons and also the personal representative for her estate. Consequently I found myself confronted with a lot of complex issues many of which had financial implications as well as legal implications. To make matters worse, I live in Texas whereas the trust and estate needed to be handled according to Missouri law. I initially consulted with another estate attorney and another accountant, but became frustrated by the fact that neither one had the expertise to fully answer many of my financial/legal questions. Finally I was referred to Andy Peebles who agreed to work with a CPA, Andy Robinson, to jointly answer all of my questions. He was also willing to answer my questions via email without requiring me to travel from Texas to Missouri. True to his word, Andy reviewed the trust and will documents and provided me with written answers to each of my twenty questions as well as guidance on related issues that hadn’t yet occurred to me. His responses were not only prompt but well-articulated. I feel fortunate to have found him and would highly recommend him to anyone in similar circumstances.
Andy was very thorough and helpful through the entire process of setting Trust and the reasons for the the type of trust we selected (Joint Revocable). on every occasion I was able to reach Andy by phone without a hold and in the one case where he was wasn't available, called back within a couple of minutes. The process went smoothly was was complete within the month he estimated. I felt the fee was reasonable for the process. By far the best lawyer experience i've had and I highly recommend Andy.
My wife and I recently worked with Andy Peebles to get our initial estate planning set up. With this being our first time, Andy was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions and guide us on some areas that we were not sure on. We would definately recommend his services to anyone looking.
My family recently worked with Andy Peebles of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. to update some of our estate planning documents. We found him to be very professional and feel confident he understands the issues important to us and will keep us informed of any changes in estate planning law. For these reasons, we will continue to work with Mr. Pebbles as well as recommend him to friends and family for their estate planning needs.
My family had used Andrew's father to handle my mothers trust several years ago. I was amazed at how easy it was to execute the trust when it was time. I chose Andrew to develop the trust for my family and have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to learn the specifics of our situation and made common sense recommendations to us. Good experience all around
