Middleton was born in Bryan, Texas, received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2013, graduating with honors.During law school, Andrew was a member of Law Review and accepted publication of his article in the inaugural issue of the Texas A&M Law Review. He served as a legal analysis, research, and writing teaching assistant and as Vice President of the Tax and Estate Planning Law Organization.Andrew began practicing law in the Brazos Valley in 2014 after taking the February 2014 Texas Bar Exam, in which he received the highest score for bar exam takers from Texas A&M University School of Law. In 2014, he was inducted into the National Order of Scribes, an honorary organization that recognizes graduating law students who excelled in legal writing.A native of Bryan/College Station, Andrew attended Brazos Christian School and College Station public schools. Prior to attending law school, Andrew was an All-American and All-Big XII distance runner for the University of Texas and competed as a professional distance runner for a post-collegiate Olympic-development team. He enjoys running and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.
