I have hired Andrew Leone on 3 occasions and he represented my daughter for being charged entering with out permission charges my ex husband actually intentionally set her up to be spiteful and get free money by lieing about her breaking a window that was already broken by him previously via landlord. Andy Leone is professional, works hard, gets things cleared up, he is very honest. If he can't do something to help, he tells you upfront, he is very understanding if finances are tight and works with people. He gives the best advice he can in his areas of expertise. This man is very caring and Iam very pleased with all of his services he has provided for me, my family members and friends I have referred to him. My aunt referred me almost 8 years ago. I highly recommend him. If it is a case he doesn't think he can win, he refers you to someone that will. He handles anything from divorces, criminal law, traffic, ect.

I read the only two reviews on Andy and realized a couple of things. First, the competition will hire people to write bad reviews or they will just write them themselves. This is becoming more and more prevalent and was reported by CBS news and other news agencies in early 2013. Second, most people wont consider writing a review if they are satisfied because they simply have a life. Who in their right mind is going to write up a review on every person they meet in the service industry every day? Nobody, except for the aforementioned and the people who either did get bad service or are the kind of people who complain about everything. You know who I am talking about. The ones that are always the victim, and never did anything wrong, didn't get the phone call, etc, etc, etc. Now the truth is Andy is a good attorney, honest, and hardworking. He has his areas of expertise and he has his gray areas and he has his areas where he will say, "Sorry, I can't help you because I don't know anything about it." But he is honest. If you are trying to have a traffic ticket reduced or thrown out in the St. Clair Shores area, he is more than excellent. It's all about connections in this world and that is what Mr. Leone has in the St. Clair Shores area and especially right in St. Clair Shores. I do not want to get into the specifics of my accident but I totalled my car and another one in an accident that could have gotten me in a lot of trouble. Andy got it dropped entirely- zero points- clean record- and he stayed in touch at all the right times. And I saw the way he encountered the prosecutor, the judge, other attorneys, and other clients- all in an excellent and professional manner, but you also knew he had cultivated a good, long time relationship with the right people like the judges, cops, secretaries, and prosecutors. Make up your own mind, but do it with real information.

Terrible attorney. Do not pay up front fee. He will not return phones calls. He overcharges. Very dissatisfied. DO NOT HIRE HIM! He did not return my last five phone calls, this was after charging $5,000 for a routine criminal case. Unethical and incompetent. You've been warned, find a different attorney. Andrew Leone is a terrible attorney, at least in my case he was. You'd be better off handling your legal matter yourself. He appeared only three times in court and still charged me $5,000 and then wouldn't return my last 5 phone calls. He's terrible. To make matters worse I received jail time and Mr. Leone wouldn't file a motion to reconsider the judge's sentence. I sat in jail and he wouldn't return me or my families' phone calls.

Paid Mr. Leone upfront to handle my divorce, nothing involved in terms of kids, property, etc. Does not return phone calls, has very poor/unknowledgable help in office, does not keep client updated on anything. in doing further research on filing a complaint with the bar association, I have come across four others who had exact same complaints.
