In addition Mr. Kirkpatrick assured me that during trial, all I would have to do is answer the judges questions and sign the final judgment document, but in the end he made attempts to convince the defendant on the day of the trial to seek compensation contrary to what he explained to me when we met and there was no misunderstanding on my part.
