There are not enough words to explain how thankful I am for this man. This man works with true heart not for dollar signs. I really don't know where my family would be without this guy. We love him & have nothing but nice things to say about him.

i just got him appt my lawyer I didn't even tell him what I wanted not guilty n jury trail. When judge asked he stepped up said exactly what I wanted n thought best way to defend my case. He then told me he was doing this and this and everything he said I thought I was going have to push my public defender to do on my behalf,he done on his own. I feeling good having him for my attorney.

Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to get my case taken care of. I had a probation violation, (there were extenuating circumstances), and he did an excellent job of getting my charges handled in a satisfactory and timely manner. I have had another attorney in this area, and I have to say that Mr. Johnson is by far the BEST attorney in the Scott Co. /Gate City, Va area, in my opinion. Actually, I have been to court with friends in other areas, and he puts most other lawyers I have seen in action to shame....he does his research and goes before the court prepared with clear/concise arguments. I cannot say enough good things about the way he handled my case!

I hired him for a felony drug charge. He was polite, helpful, and optimistic at first. However, when my first court date got close I couldn't reach. He didn't reply to my messages or calls. After I get my second court date, I set up an appointment with him, and he finally showed up, 45 minutes late. But again he assured me I would probably only get probation and not to worry. So I didn't and at my trial he was distracted, unconcerned, and eager to take a ridiculous plea that was offered first. I lost 3years of my life and recently met a man, in the exact same situation, who got 3 months. Three months of probation!!!!! He was very smart, but I won't hire or recommend him.
