I am business and corporate law attorney with ten years' experience.  I practice in all areas of business law, including formation, financings, contracts, intellectual property, employment, and mergers & acquisitions.  I am committed to providing practical, cost-effective legal services to startup, venture-backed, and middle market companies in all industries.I am also a co-founder and the Director of Operations of the first two North Carolina locations of Smallcakes, A Cupcakery, a national brand with more than 120 locations nationwide. I was responsible for the planning and execution of the construction and launch of Smallcakes Durham in December, 2014, and Smallcakes Cary in August, 2015. I remain Director of Operations of both locations, overseeing all daily operations as well as strategic planning for same-store growth and new store expansion.
