Andrew is good at what he does, I was referred to him by the only lawyer I ever use and trust with anything, who happens to work with Andrew. Because he wasn't available on short notice, he referred Andrew Elliott. I was worried at first, until I met Andrew for the first time. I would trust Andrew with any case I need an attorney for. Definitely recommend him.

After a year and a half I've been trying to get a hold of him regarding my son. My son has tried also with no response. My son got a DUI and was told by the judge to do diversion. When he went to sign up they told him he wasn't qualified. Needless to say they are still charging him $490 for a class he couldn't take. I've tried contacting Andrew with no response. The court told me he was the one who had to take the charges off. He also saw my son for 10 minutes before the trial and didn't even try to get the charges lessened. My son got the same charges as he would have without a lawyer. A total waste of time and money. Never returns calls. Now we have to write a letter to the judge explaining all this. Not a good lawyer at all.

Where to start.... First of all, this guy is nearly impossible to get ahold of. I tried repeatedly, over the course of 6 weeks using a wide array of methods (calls to two separate voicemail accounts, email, messages with his secretary, two text messages sent on my behalf BY his secretary), to no avail. I finally get to talk to the guy on the day of my trial, 5 minutes before I go before the judge... I call him on his nonsense, and he lies TO MY FACE (you were out of town, huh? And apparently you never told your secretary?). We set up a phone interview, where he has absolutely no interest in hearing my side, because he's too busy trying to push a plea deal on me. Our next encounter is at the plea signing, where he lies to me to INSURE that I sign the paperwork (I asked him flat out if the $1400 fine was the total I was being slapped with, and he said yes. I later found out from the judge (after I'd signed the plea) that it was two separate fines of $1400 I was agreeing too... Not to mention the additional 12 hours of community service he never bothered mentioning. Then to top it off, when I called him on THAT we go back before the judge where he plays it off that I was just too dense to understand his complex legal jargon.
