He said he was completely prepared to go to trial for me and he understood my case and the law pertaining to my case. He convinced me and I moved to have him represent me. At trial I was completely embarrassed and ashamed. He did not understand my case or the law AT ALL. The trial was a joke and my year of preparation went down the drain. I reported him to the State Bar for ethical misconduct. Said he was prepared to represent me in a trial.
