I was very disheveled regarding my domestic assault arrest. The system is set up against the male in this day and age. My wife lied to police and I was therefore arrested without much investigation. Andrew walked me through the process on how to best proceed. He was honest and straightforward. Sometimes having to tell me things I didn't want to hear regarding the system. Andrew was able to get the charges dismissed by bringing out the truth during the trial. If you want honest, compassionate representation...give Andrew a call.
Andrew has been amazing and very helpful through out my entire ordeal. He has continuously supported me and been there for me while going through the most difficult time of my life. While we didn’t get the exact outcome I felt I deserved he did the best he could considering my circumstances. He has always called me back and been accommodating while maintaining professionalism. If you need a lawyer hire this man because he will go above and beyond to help you.
Having never been drawn into a legal situation before, I was apprehensive and completelly at sea as to how to proceed. Andrew provided me with comfort and guidance in his handling of my DWI charge. He and his friendly staff kept me continually apprised of the status of my case and promptly answered the many questions I had along the way. I am extremely pleased with the way in which Andrew brought my case to a satisfying resolution. Should I ever need legal representation again, I’m calling Andrew.
Attorney Clifford and his staff are some of the most professional individuals that I've worked with. I am in the process of leaving for the military but an old felony charge popped up on my criminal record from when I was 16 that I was unaware of. I thought the case was dismissed but it was dismissed with leave. I contacted different attorneys and all of them right off the bat gave prices and said that they cant promise anything because it will take a lot of leg work. Did I say that everyone I called was ridiculously expensive. Buy anyway. I contacted Attorney Clifford law office and Stephanie was the most and best help I've had. The first thing they requested was what was the charge and Stephanie and Attorney Clifford followed up on it first to see if it was something he could possibly assist with. He jumped on the case like he said he would and Stephanie returned all calls as she promised. Again, not one time have they discussed MONEY! Once they were able to get information he called back and told me that it was possible to get the case dismissed then that's when Stephanie asked the question "Would you like for Attorney Clifford to work with you? If that is what you would like to do it would be a $$$ charge? For me, the fact that Attorney Clifford did the quick leg work first before throwing money in my face and would willing to help made a difference with me. Keep doing what you are doing great!
A vindictive ex once tried to abuse North Carolina's 50B/50C No Contact Orders against me, trumping up bogus claims just to create post-relationship drama, all over some mutual bad feelings and a disputed flower vase. Rather than assent to any false statements in the complaint, I pursued a hearing, despite the uneven odds that Mr. Clifford warned me of. The case continued for several months but after Mr. Clifford's negotiating and after some discovery opened up the obvious holes in the plaintiff's story, the plaintiff dropped their claims altogether rather than face Mr. Clifford's cross-examination at a public hearing. Mr. Clifford knows the law and he knows Guilford County courts. And he gave a fair up-front price considering all the work the plaintiff put us through. You can't always control the results of a relationship turned sour, but with the facts on your side the right attorney can help you wade through the aftermath. The NC 50B/50C process isn't set up for defendant success, so don't go them alone. Ultimately, I got the outcome I wanted from the legal process. All the ex got was a vase.
Andrew and Stephanie did a great job for my son! We couldn't be happier. He gave us hope in time of desperation. Thanks to Andrew my son has a future now. If you need a highly qualified attorney who will walk you through the process and will stand by your side, don't think twice, go see Andrew!
I contacted Andrew to help with being removed from the Sex Offender Registry; I had reached my 10 year limit. He was able to meet with me on a schedule that worked for me. Was very informative with how the process would work. Andrew kept me informed on my court date. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. I would like to thank him for the job that he did!!!! Well done! I would recommend him for your case.
Able to walk me through the process, was 100% informed and provided me all the options available. Very knowledgeable in handling my traffic ticket and was able to get the outcome we discussed.
I would, and will, recommend Andrew Clifford for any traffic or criminal defense. He is very personable but most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable.
I had a Urination in Public Charge against me in 2012, and I needed legal defense. Andrew Clifford and his assistant knew exactly what needed to be done to not have this on my record. After some required community service set forth by Andrew Clifford before my hearing, in the end he got the charge dismissed. I never met him personally, everything was done over the phone and e-mail. He showed up for court on the court-date (I didn't have to appear myself), and I received an e-mail stating that the charge against me was dismissed. Very easy to deal with. I just paid the money, and the community service and he took care of the rest.
