From 2017 to present, Andrew served the El Paso Young Lawyers Association as a Board Member, a President-Elect, and its President. Andrew has further served as and a Board Member for the El Paso Bar Association (2020), and is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.Andrew previously attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he studied political sciences and business administration. He later attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as President of the Hispanic Law Students Association, Director of Communications for the Board of Barristers, a dean-appointed Student Ambassador, a Student Bar Association officer, the American Bar Association schoolwide representative, and a dean-appointed student representative on the Dean’s Committees for Academic Advancement and Diversity.
