About

I was born in Bogota, Colombia and am a native Spanish speaker.  In 2006, I earned my double degree in a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. I later earned my Juris Doctor Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012 where I dedicated my entire law school career volunteering in numerous social and cultural programs directly related to immigration. I worked extensively at the Immigrant Rights Clinical Program and as a result, also graduated with Pro-Bono honors in 2012. Coming from a family of immigrants and being an immigrant myself, I have a natural unique cultural perspective in the field of immigration law.
