In my view Ms. Niesen performed very poorly both in court and at appeal. I felt she was ill prepared for court and did not take the time to research the applicable legal precedence and mis-prioritized importance of facts in the case. I felt her briefs were similarly poorly executed. Her billing was accurate but poorly earned.
