Ms. Hirsch specializes in family law  because she believes it is a chance to use her legal expertise to help individuals in the time of their greatest need. She has extensive experience litigating and negotiating all aspects of family law cases. Trained in mediation and collaborative law as well, she has actively promoted these forms of alternative dispute resolution. While some sharply contested cases must go to court, many other cases can benefit from an alternative procedure that reduces expenses, avoids protracted proceedings, and makes it much likelier to reach a settlement that works in the long term.
