During the past five plus years, as the executor of an estate, I have hired multiple attorneys. The only attorney that I can recommend in the area of probate, family law and partition actions is Ms. Andrea Gamalski, Esq. She is by far heads and shoulders above her peers in these areas. We needed a last minute summary motion for a partition action to be submitted to the court. Andrea Gamalski, Esq. came highly recommended as an attorney who was very knowledgeable in the areas of family law, estates, probate and partition actions. I spoke with her, explained the dynamics of the case and what was required by the court with the time constraints. After our conversation, I knew that I had the right person for the job and we agreed to move forward. The summary motion Ms. Gamalski prepared contained powerful case law, capturing and quantifying the volumes of receipts and out-of-pocket payments we have made over the years. We were amazed at how Ms. Gamalski presented our narrative in a very accurate, powerful and compassionate way. In addition, the summary motion Ms. Gamalski prepared for the court was empathetic to our situation and we believe the summary motion she wrote will bring The Estate closer to the outcome we have prayed for. Thank you Andrea for all of your efforts on our behalf and we recommend you to anyone who is looking for a powerful person to advocate on their behalf. Andrea Gamalski, Esq. is brave, fearless, and effective. She is highly recommended as a legal advocate who cares and as a great person to work with.

Andrea is the best family court Attorney around you could not find another attorney as confident as she is and makes you feel! After paying over $8000 for another attorney in the area who was supposedly the best because of his high price of $360 an hour I was going nowhere in custody court, after hiring Andrea She was exactly what I needed and wanted in an attorney. Thank you Andrea!!

I wanted all to know how confident this woman made me feel walking into what I felt was ground zero. I am proud to have met miss Andrea and look forward to working with her through out my case. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with hardships and the court system. She's attentive and always gets back to my calls and questions if she doesn't get too the phone right away. I say thank you for your job choice in a place where your unlikely to get the service you provide.

Andrea handled all court papers and processed them to the court on my behalf. Andrea would keep me informed of any details that pertained to my case and advice me when I needed it. Andrea is sharp, effective and professional in or out of the court room.

I am divorced, receiving child support and arrears. When my ex-husband stopped paying the arrears and claimed to owe me money, I asked Ms. Gamalski to address my concerns with him. She reviewed the divorce and sent him a letter informing him of the consequences of willful violations of court order (contempt, fines, jail). I received my arrears payments within a week. Definitely recommend.

I would not recommend Andrea Gamalski. I had a strong case for 50/50 custody and it went go trial. Ms. Gamalski failed to subpoena my witnesses except and the necessary records until after the trial had began and rested without ever putting any of the witnesses on the stand or admitting any of the evidence. The one witness she did subpoena she completely botched the deposition so everything the witness said was ruled hearsay. She also failed to request a Lincoln hearing for my kids. She made it all too easy for the judge to dismiss my case which I spent a year and a half building. Shortly before the trial, I experienced a serious financial setback. Ms. Gamalski attempt to have herself removed from my case and tried to convince me she was doing it for my benefit. She was completely unprepared for the trial as I mentioned and thoroughly outclassed by opposing counsel.

We hired Mrs. Gamalski to handle our granddaughter's custody case. We don't think she ever read the files we handled to her. She was always unprepared and would do things at the last minute. We decided to terminate our contract with her because we didn't feel confident she would do a good job if it would come down to go to trial.
