Andre Mathis concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, labor and employment law, criminal defense, administrative law, and general civil litigation.Andre has represented clients, including businesses and municipalities, in various aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination litigation, internal investigations and contractual disputes. Andre has also assisted in the counseling of employers designed to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations, including counseling on issues related to Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, USERRA, and other laws. Andre’s civil litigation practice also includes the representation of private clients and municipal entities in insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction litigation, wrongful death and personal injury. In addition, Mr. Mathis represents clients in connection with grand jury investigations and clients charged with various criminal offenses.
