Attorney Hogan was originally representing me in a custody case. I was trying to get visitation scheduled for my son. My Case was turned over to Attorney Michael Simmons who has done nothing but avoid my calls and have the secretary lie to me. I was eventually told that I owed a balance. My aunt paid the balance on April 29, 2021. I finally received a call to come sign papers to get my visitation started again on June 11, 2021. Remember during all this time I have not seen nor spoken to my son since March. It seemed as though I was always given the run around when I called. Heather was on vacation for a week then Attorney Simmons was on vacation. Finally, I was given a court date and it was scheduled for Friday August 20, 2021 @ 9:00 in Lillington court system. I was extremely heart broken because I was told there was no court date scheduled for me. They called your office to inquire about why was I sent there for court. They were placed on hold forever. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people time. My aunt took off work to make sure I was there and unfortunately no one showed up nor called me.
