After starting the filing myself and retaining her because I didn’t want to deal with the legal process and it’s complexity things seemed to start off well but boy did they go downhill quickly. Emails went ignored or unanswered to where I would then have to call the office and of course no one knew anything and had to wait for them to talk to the lawyer at a charge to me of course. My case sat with nothing done on it for months from May to October to where I finally ended up negotiating with my ex husband myself and came up with an agreed upon amount for support so all she had to do was draft the order to be filed but that did not happen. even after I did all the negotiations with my ex husband and came up with an agreement the draft still did not get done. I paid a large sum of money I had to borrow and there are no resolutions that happened on my case even with me doing part of the work she should have done. I then found out from an attorney friend of mine that my case could have been back in court and resolved months before. My ex did not reply to his service which meant my case could have proceeded without him having to even be there but instead everything sat stagnant while I tried to support 3 kids with next to no help from the other parent because my lawyer didn’t do her job. so unless you enjoy paying a lot of money out and getting absolutely no resolution on your case just don’t. I am now watching my ex buy new cars and living a great life while I support our children and staring at a stack of legal documents I now have to wade through and somehow find the money for another retainer for a new lawyer. When money is already a big issue for most people to have this sort of thing happen can really make life that much harder especially when you have hired a lawyer life should have gotten easier with less to worry about. Do yourself a huge favor and pay just a little more to retain someone who will actually work your case and get things done.

Started using her services 5 years ago for divorce and ensuing custody. Fast forward to the last 14 months when I again used her to get the parenting plan amended to reflect the schedule we had been following the last 2.5 years. She told me at the first meeting there was no reason it wouldn't be because it had been the "status quo". That didn't happen. A guardian was appointed. Said guardian wouldn't be in the states as she was on vacation for 3 months, ms blondin didn't attempt to get a new guardian appointed that could start sometime soon. Guardian finally started her "investigation" in march and was done in less than one week. Her entire report was one sided for the mother and made false claims. I gathered evidence to prove those claims false(daycare logs, financial documents). Andra did not file any of this with the courts, she did not challenge the report nor was it ever even brought up, which I requested. Ex wife made false claims as well that I could disprove, I provided her all texts and corroboration to disprove them. She told me she didn't submit them to the courts because "she didn't want them to have to go through it all". In the entire time, starting November 2015 until the final hearing in December of 2016 she met with me twice. She never met with me before the BSC, after numerous requests to do so from me. She did very little represent me or the best interest of my children. The guardian was done with her report in march, after promising that we would be in court in early June. We didn't go to court until October. Ex wife refused to follow the parenting plan by refusing me access to my children for the 4th of July, I informed Andra that contempt should be filed, she failed to do so. Instead she racked up more fees for me going back and forth with the opposing attorney. Even after the final rulings in October it had taken over two months for them to be dictated and signed.

My 92 year old Father contracted with her to update his will. It was at least a month before he was sent a first draft, in which were many errors, including his last name--which was entirely something else. Today (15 July/2015) he had a scheduled appointment. To his surprise, she moved to new offices without informing him. He found someone who gave him an address which he could not locate. Either it does not exist or he could not find it.
