John Miller is professional and trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable and his military background makes him an excellent attorney for my case! He is honest and I love that he is so calm and collected, but when necessary, will fight the battle. He is confident and comfortable in the courtroom and will do what he promises to do. He is great about answering emails and phone calls, and you will know the time frame about returning calls when he is out of the office. His billing is fair and justified. His staff is courteous. John goes out of his way and I feel taken care of and very well represented. I would recommend him without hesitation! My review is based on my own experience with John, but also the fact that I have worked in an attorney's office for several years.

I hired this firm to represent me. I first spoke with Mr. Miller's partner and came up with a plan. He never followed through with that plan, and missed a statute of limitation deadline by which HE suggested we file criminal charges. Then he took another job and said he didn't have time for me, and quit. I was handed over to Mr. Miller. A year after hiring this firm, NOTHING has been filed on my behalf, even though my trial is 10 days away. He told me he will not do what I've asked, and will not follow the plan his partner came up with. I sent him names to subpoena and three weeks later, he admitted he hadn't even bothered. In fact, he's chewed me out almost every time we talk, telling me I'm the toxic one for trying to keep my kids safe from their father, who is hitting them. He also said that even though my ex husband is clearly in contempt, I'm toxic for documenting it. He says I should let all the violations go, including for my ex not paying child support, for taking our children, and for denying me court ordered parenting time. I hired him to fight for me, but instead he lectures me on his personal morals, which apparently do not include following the law. I've been left high and dry, minus thousands of dollars, and had practically NO legal work done for me. Literally one thing has been filed, and it was the first partner withdrawing as my atty.
