Anyone seeking a good family law attorney and who retains Amy is doing their self a favor. I have interacted with various attorney's throughout my professional career and in my opinion Amy is an excellent attorney. She was professional and dependable throughout the attorney-client relationship and exceeded all expectations. Most parties going into the divorce process have already entered into an emotional and unsettling time-period. Looking for the right attorney can be overwhelming. Most parties just want fair and reasonable representation, guidance through the process and an expeditious and reasonable outcome. Unfortunately, I was not familiar with Amy at the time of initial filing so she did not represent me during my initial divorce. I walked away from the divorce process thoroughly disgusted. What should have been fairly simple, straightforward litigation became unreasonable and left me financially distressed and mentally defeated. Approximately eight years later, I scoured through attorney reviews looking for another choice. I hired Amy to represent me on some follow-up issues related to the initial divorce. I was extremely grateful and satisfied with her representation. Amy gets things accomplished without sowing additional discord. In my opinion, she is exactly what most people are looking for. She made the process smooth and palatable. With Amy representing me, I paid substantially less in fees yet received a lot more in return. She did her job with class and dignity. I walked away from this experience with great admiration for her and what she represents. She is excellent!!!
I interviewed several attorneys before hiring Amy. Right from the start, there was something different. She is very personable and I felt she really understood what I was going through. She is almost always available and replies very quickly. She worked well with opposing counsel and was very professional throughout all interactions. I hope I never have to use her services again; but if the need arises, I will contact her first! She really is the best!
Amy kept me calm throughout the entire process and was able to get my divorce settled under 6 months! Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
Amy was incredibly helpful and supportive though my difficult and challenging divorce. She was patient and understanding even though my uncontested divorce took over a year to resolve because of the unique circumstances of my case. She is very reasonably priced in comparison to other attorneys and went above and beyond in support of the best interests of her client. She truly cares about her clients and their situation.
She handled my case extremely well and with great professionalism. She did everything that she could to fight for me and give me a fair deal throughout the entire proceedings and did not overcharge for anything. I am very happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone else that may need her services.
Amy is such a great person to have in your corner. She makes sure you know everything about the legal process and how it relates to your particular situation so that she can help you make the best decision for you and your family. She took what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation and guided me through it with ease. My ex-husband and I had considered trying to go through the divorce process on our own but I am SO thankful we hired Amy instead. She knows not only what is needed for divorce and child custody cases but has a wealth of knowledge about the judges and particulars of the Hillsborough County system. If you're looking for a lawyer then I suggest that you sit down and speak with Amy. You'll see for yourself why she comes so highly recommended.
I needed help in child support case. I had been paying child support with no court order. Due to the circumstances of the mother, the Department of Revenue desired to have a court order. Once you are 'in the system', you get the impression you are guilty regardless of the facts of the case. Amy helped me understand the process, the law, and what to expect. She genuinely cared about my case, and was an excellent advocate for me. I can give Amy my unreserved recommendation.
Amy did not represent me in my divorce (I wish she did) but has represented me in two follow-up proceedings. I appreciate Amy's ability to listen and respond which is very important to someone like me who wants to understand the 'hows' and 'whys' of almost everything. Most importantly, I appreciate her balance. She is able to keep me focused on what is important personally and legally while not dwelling on the emotional aspect of things which is easy to do when dealing with a 'former' spouse and the process of separating from them. One of Amy's sayings, "don't spend good money chasing something bad" has become a mantra that carries on with me today. I would recommend Amy in a second to anyone needing a family attorney.
Ms Warenyk, has done an outstanding job with my children custody case and has been very helping with providing me with information that I was unaware of from my divorce two years ago. She has gone above and beyond explaining all matters in my case and has been very persistent with constant communication!
I can't say enough about Amy. She has been helping me with child custody/child support. She is very knowledge and has exceeded my expectiations. She will be with you all the way and is always on top of things.
