She suggested, correctly, that we also update the legal and medical powers of attorney, because as they age, some institutions question them. Neither Mom, nor I knew this and as time went on, her advise was excellent. The ONLY REASON i RATED HER LOWER ON "KEEPING IN TOUCH" IS WHEN i TRIED TO CALL HER NUMBER TODAY, THE NUMBER WAS OUT OF SERVICE. iT HAS BEEN SEVERAL YEARS, BUT PERHAPS WHEN CHANGING CONTACT INFORMATION A BLANKET PHONE CALL OR POSTCARD MAILING WOULD BE GOOD.
