Amy M. Mensik is a partner in the Labor & Employment Group of Witherspoon Kelley in Spokane, Washington where she focuses her practice on employment law counseling, risk management, and litigation.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University, and her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law where she served as Chief Managing Editor of Washington Law Review.   Prior to moving to Spokane, Ms. Mensik practiced in the Employment Services Group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle, Washington where she represented employers on a variety of counseling, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution matters.  Ms. Mensik is a regular contributor to and presenter on employment law continuing education topics and materials, as well as an active member of the Greater Spokane Incorporated HR Employment Law Policy Committee, which is dedicated to tracking, evaluating, and recommending local, state, and federal legislation affecting the employment relationship in the Inland Northwest.
