Martell is the owner and principal mediator and Collaborative attorney at Whole Family Law and Mediation.  A holistic practitioner and self-descriped "professional peacemaker", Amy strongly believes that most family law conflict can be resolved without the emotionally and financially draining litigation process, and as such limits her practice creative out-of-court resolution of family law conflict and collaborative family formation.
