About
I am passionate about seeking justice for my clients. Clients often come to me in the worst moments of their lives, following an encounter with law enforcement or after being injured through no fault of their own. It’s my goal to guide them through the legal process with a compassionate and relatable approach, while zealously protecting their interests. I work with my clients to strategize and achieve the best possible outcomes. I was inspired to attend law school while working as a television investigative reporter. The opportunity to report on several high-profile cases, including an appearance on the 'Dan Abrams Report', sparked my interest in the study of law. My communications background gives me the ability to advocate effectively in the courtroom. My journalistic curiosity leads me to think outside-the-box. My versatile trial experience includes more than 100 bench and jury trials in criminal and civil cases. As a criminal defense attorney, I represent adults and juveniles on matters ranging from traffic offenses to serious felony charges. In personal injury matters, I represent clients on cases ranging from minor car accidents to life-altering injuries. I assist corporations in a wide variety of matters. I also serve as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Vienna where I prosecute misdemeanor crimes and traffic offenses. I previously worked as in-house counsel for one of the country’s largest insurance companies giving me unique and valuable insight into how to maximize recovery for injured persons. I know how large insurance companies handle and evaluate claims from beginning to end. My ability to see both sides of injury cases gives me the ability to anticipate defense strategies and prepare accordingly. If you are looking for an approachable, multi-faceted attorney, who will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or (703) 883-0208. I look forward to speaking with you.

Amy represented me for my protective order, she did great! Now me and my family feel safe and happy. Amy is a great and knowledgeable attorney, I recommend Amy.
I hired Amy L Bradley at BRIGLIAHUNDLEY, P.C. in Tyson’s Corner. She’s friendly, warm, and very professional. I liked her immediately. She made the experience so easy and I never worried about the details. She had my back throughout the entire process and I trusted her completely. She went to court with me and fought hard for my compensation. She went the extra mile and regularly communicated the status of my case with me. She was always available. I highly recommend her services. The case settled for $12,000 which took care of all my medical bills and damages. I never felt pressured to hurry things along or agree to an amount I wasn’t comfortable receiving. She cares about her clients and you can’t ask for a better lawyer. Amy is fantastic.
I had to go to court over a traffic violation which would've affected my driving record, and ultimately made my insurance rates go up! I could tell right from the get-go that Amy was very knowledgeable. I appreciated in our first phone interview that she said admitted that she would be on the little pricier side attorney wise for a case like mine, and I found this honesty refreshing as I felt like she genuinely cared, and that I was not being pressured into anything. I am definitely glad I paid for her services, as now it's like my traffic violation never happened! My points stayed the same, and my insurance rates stay the same long term! She was always prompt in answering my (many) questions, as this was my first time in court, and she gave me exactly the right advice on what I needed to do. She went above and beyond, and I will certainly use her services next time should another incident like this arise again!
Amy represented me with a first offense misdemeanor. I talked to a few lawyers before hiring Amy to represent me. She didn’t spend time on our initial call making a sales pitch like other lawyers did. Instead, she took the time to listen and get know me as a person. I knew immediately that she would be an excellent attorney to represent me. What I didn’t know is that she would change my life. Amy cares. She eased my anxiety & stood by me every step of the way. This is more than career for Amy. This is her purpose, passion, and calling. No law school could ever teach the compassion & intellect that Amy has. Additionally, she is extremely sharp. She is calming, but she is a legal powerhouse. . She was able to get my charges dismissed, and permission for an expungement. She’s thorough, will fight relentlessly, and patiently explains each part of the process. She’s is always one step ahead. The world not only needs more attorneys like Amy, but the world needs more people like Amy.
I hired Amy Bradley to represent me for a concealed carry without a permit ticket. This was a very good decision, as she was able to get my case dismissed before I had to appear for the court date. Amy is very knowledge about the law and has a professional attitude. Her calm and empathetic demeanor offered a weight off my mind knowing my lawyer had my best interest at heart.
I contacted Ms. Bradley via email and got a response within an hour. I was able to have my initial consultation via telephone and knew right away this is who I wanted to represent me. Through out my case Ms. Bradley always kept me informed. Do to Ms.. Bradley's efforts, we were able to have my case fully dismissed.
3000 miles from where I live and being taken to court inD.C. I called Amy and she found nothing with my name on it going into a lawsuit, thank you Amy, great job.
Amy Bradley took on a sensitive domestic case for us that led to the best possible outcome, a “nolle prosequi” (no prosecution), in large part due to her effective legal counsel and stewardship. Her fee was very reasonable for the amount she spent with us, and in court. I recommend her and her firm Briglia-Hundley for anyone needing solid legal counsel for a criminal case.
Amy is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and committed to her clients. My daughter was charged with underage drinking at a concert. Amy advised her on what she should do prior to the hearing to demonstrate that she was taking the issue seriously and attempting to make amends. At the hearing, we faced a tough prosecutor who was unwilling to negotiate. Amy felt we could do better, given the circumstances of the case, and she suggested that we arrange for a postponement. On the new hearing date, Amy was able to convince the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the charge on the basis of the pre-hearing actions my daughter had taken on Amy's recommendation. What a relief!
When Amy took on my serious traffic case, I was very nervous. My instincts told me I hadn’t done anything wrong; but I had no experience in the court system and was confused by the rules and procedures. Amy began her service with a broad smile and in very clear language, helped me understand the law. She also asked a lot of questions and was able to develop a strong case based on hard science that showed that I was not at fault. Prior to Amy, all I had was instinct. With Amy, I had science, lots of experience and enormous energy to support my cause; and we won. I shall always be grateful for Amy’s professional, yet caring manner. If you ever need a great lawyer, not just a good one, try Amy.
