About
I believe it is important to provide clients with individualized legal advice to help them make the best decisions possible for themselves and their families. Divorce and custody cases are often a painful process which can take adults a long time to recover from and can have even longer lasting effects on the children. Every family and case is different; there is no one size fits all divorce.Even if your divorce is friendly, court orders could affect you and your children for the rest of your life. Mistakes or unintentional omissions can be hard, if not impossible to undo, so making sure you have experienced legal representation is important. I can help you navigate through the legal process to help you resolve your legal needs. I am dedicated the practice of family law and represent clients going through divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities (custody cases), cases involving complex financial analysis and asset division, discovery issues, post decree matters, protection orders, contempt, paternity, chapter 7 bankruptcies, and marital agreements.

All I heard about my entire life regarding divorce is "the attorneys" (in a condescending/negative way). I am here to say, I was so happy to be referred to her. Given the nature of divorce and the mess it creates emotionally and legally, she has all the abilities and character one would not only expect but need to get the job done. Not all attorneys are the same. She listens and performs. I am happy to and continue to recommend her with no reservation. Thank you Amanda for all your help.
Amanda did excellent work, my father was going through a divorce but he is disable so she represent him and me since I am his conservator, Amanda from the day of the interview with me she was honest and reliable during the entire process, she returned my calls and emails almost inmediately. She handle the case and we got what we were looking for. She made this bad experience go faster and as she guided us for the less costly decisions.
I was a mess during the start of my process and it effected my case. She sat me down, didn't play games and told me exactly the hard truth. Thank goodness she did and it changed my entire outlook. She has done so many wonderful things for my family and works with my limited budget. I thank God she came into our family's life during such a tough time and gave me strength to keep my head up and mind focused during the case. Professional, respectful, honest, and worth every penny!!!
I found Amanda after my divorce was final. I had used two other attorneys during my divorce, spent a fortune and still ended up with loose ends that weren't handled, so I ended up back in court and decided to seek new counsel. She accomplished more in the short time she represented me than the other two did in almost 2 years. She did everything she could to settle with the other side, but prepared as if a settlement wouldn't happen. I arrived at my court date feeling prepared and knowing she had my back. I hope I won't be back in court, but if I have to go back at least I have an attorney I trust to handle my case well.
Amanda asked some many questions. I was so upset that I could not. think. She asked directed questions and answered any of mine almost immediately. She was also genuinely concerned for my health and safety. She was very professional but also truly cared for me. She had the expertise but also made me feel extremely cared for.
