I represent and advise employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, family and medical leave, and unfair competition. I have litigated cases in both state and federal court, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
