This Atty is trustworthy. She actually suggested doing a few things on my own as to save on legal fees. Her option was to say nothing, do as requested, and really stick it to me. She didn't. As well, she took my case based on full knowledge of how much I was will to spend to try and achieve a resolve/compromise Alyson Fudge is why our next President will be a woman. She is understanding, empathetic, and trustworthy
Alyson and her staff are OUTSTANDING! Starting with her Paralegal (Misty). I never had a doubt I choose the best lawyer to handle all my esate planning. I would recommend her to anyone.
Alyson's style is straighforward and concise, and she built a great stress-free rapport with me from minute one. She patiently answered all of my questions and was a tremendous help with thinking through the development of a trust for my family; and completing my will and powers of attorney. I highly recommend Alyson.
It’s rare that you find people singing the praises of lawyers, so I thought it’s worth calling out a great experience I’ve recently had with one. Her name is Alyson Fudge . Alyson is different for a number of reasons. First of all, From my experiences as a client, Ms. Fudge goes above and beyond what is required of an attorney. She truly invests herself in the best interests of the client. She was extremely attentive, sensitive, and thorough toward my needs as a client, and I would absolutely give her my highest recommendation to anyone interested in her services.
Alyson has been invaluable to me... Several years ago she set up our (husband and I) living wills, POA's and my Trust. When my husband was dying, Alyson was extremely helpful in guiding me to execute these documents and she also kept me out of probate court... She always responded to me quickly through e-mail, phone calls took way longer for a response... I have recommended Alyson to at least 2-3 others who were also happy with her services... I always keep her business cards with me in case the opportunity to recommend her presents itself... She is a very compassionate person in stressful times... Love her!!!
I hired Ms. Fudge at the suggestion of another attorney. I paid a flat fee. The case dragged on with no resolution. Finally, after paying a fee to Ms. Fudge, she suggested I let her be relieved of the duties which I had already paid for and I ended up having to pay thousands to another attorney to finish the case. I should have been repaid for the expenses paid out of my pocket to Ms. Fudge, but the judge only allowed slightly less than 1/3 of what I paid to be reimbursed to me stating that the court didn't feel she had earned what she was paid; therefore, I was screwed out of several thousands I paid to her. Not happy with service or results.
