With Mr. Sherrons' guidance, knowledge and expertise he filed an offer and compromise on my behalf with the IRS, the amount owed by myself was 1.1 million dollars. WIth Mr. Sherrons' assistance I filled out all the necessary forms which he submitted for me. He was in constant communication with both the IRS and myself and relayed the information to me in a very timely matter, he handled many of their questions and resolved them prior to them even reaching me. By the grace of God and Mr Sherrons' knowledge, contacts and negotiating skills the IRS agreed to a final amount of approximately $11,000.00. I found Mr Sherron and his office staff to be very responsive, professional and knowledgeable which made the entire process more tolerable and efficient. I would like to add that I am very thankful to Mr. Sherron, through his help and patience I am now able to move forward in my life

An absolutely fantastic lawyer. He handled my tax matter and was successful in getting the IRS to accept my offer in compromise. He was great.

I will not be recommending Mr. Sherron. While he was successful in getting my audit reconsidered, this effort was ultimately useless. His poor communication resulted in the case running out of time. This poor communication consisted of not discussing with me what would be required of me once the audit was reconsidered during my consultation or asking me for anything other then if I had my filing records for a tax year that was nearly six years earlier. He seemed distinctly more interested in placing blame on me for not meeting deadlines I was unaware of and not having documents available I didn't know I needed. I hired a lawyer to handle the situation and ensure that all possible documentation was collected since I am not a tax lawyer and I do not know what any of the laws and procedures are or what terms mean. He cannot explain in laymen's terms what a problem is and all our conversations seemed to leave me more confused than serviced. He will likely place blame on me for missing deadlines, or not following guidelines and laws that I was unaware of (again not a tax lawyer). But, from a client service perspective, I feel that Mr. Sherron is the equivalent of a court-appointed lawyer. Which would be fine, if I wasn't paying for his time, therefore, I will be taking any future business elsewhere. +2 stars for getting the audit reconsidered. -3 stars for client service and not being anything more than a $500 lesson to hire a lawyer that doesn't expect me to understand the law.

I was referred to this guy by Parker Stanbury. Obviously those of us who already have a legal situation are stressed and upset and this guy made it worse. He acted as if I was bothering him and was beyond rude. Maybe he's a good attorney but I couldn't even make it past a 5 minute conversation with him. So if you are looking for an attorney that cares a bit and is actually motivated to help you I would steer very clear of this guy. Trust me.

Mr. Sherron is ineffective, unorganized, unresponsive, untrustworthy, & non-creative. He completely failed me as a client.
