Allyson Krueger is an employment lawyer whose practice emphasizes employment advice work, policy review, and investigating workplace misconduct.  She also litigates employment cases involving contract, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and tort claims as well as cases involving trade secrets, confidentiality, non-competition and/or non-solicitation agreements. She has substantial experience advising and representing employers in the state and federal courts, in private arbitration and before administrative agencies. Allyson also has an active business litigation and appellate practice.Allyson is a frequent speaker on a variety of employment law topics. She has given presentations for the Oregon State Bar Association, the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries, the Portland Human Resource Management Association and many other organizations. Allyson is also the past chair of the Oregon State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. Allyson has been listed by Chambers and Partners as one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Employment Law, Chambers USA since 2007 and as an Oregon Super Lawyer since 2009.  In 2014, Allyson was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America©2014 in Employment Law-Management.In her free time, Allyson enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and cooking.
