Ally Bolour Law Offices was incredibly helpful to me. Scott Emerick advised and counseled me through many hurdles of my immigration. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with immigration to the U.S. Despite the immigration bans, and the increasing difficulties to gain residency here, Scott and the associates at Ally Bolour Law Offices were able to help approve my green card. I am very happy I chose them for this process. They treated me with much understanding and care, during a time that I felt hopeless they were the people who gave me peace of mind that everything would go well. Scott also came with me to my interview, which made it a lot less stressful. I will certainly come back to Ally Bolour for any future immigration needs.
Ally Bolour was going to be my last shot at obtaining legal status. I have been to 8 lawyers before Ally between New York, Miami, Baltimore and Myrtle Beach. All the previous lawyers did for me was tell me why my case was hopeless. The first thing Ally did was tell me why I had a good chance. I came to the US on a J-1 Intern Visa which required that I had to go back home for 2 years before applying for another Visa. Ally was able to dismiss the 2 year condition and within a year I had a permanent green card. My advice to anyone who wants to hire Ally is this: Trust him, he knows what he's doing. Let him help you like he helped me.
I am a cross dresser in closet . I need a lawyer who can handle my case without being judgdmental . He is very understanding and considerate .
I hired Ally Bolour for the second time. I was eligible to apply for a green card back in 2014 and decided to do so on my own; but for some reason my case got stuck in a never ending black hole with USCIS for almost 20 frustrating months. It was a big mess with a really complicated situation. I already had a very good first experience with Ally Bolour and so decided to reach out to him for the second time after almost losing hope. He took his time to explain my options in detail and broke down the whole process for me. I made the best decision and hired him again with the confidence that I would simply work with the best attorney there is to file a "Writ of Mandamus" against USCIS. As my attorney, he always kept me informed of every step as well as being available when needed. The best part was the fact that everything happened exactly the way he had initially explained to me. Long story short I am finally a permanent resident. I am an example of many happy clients Ally has. I strongly recommend Ally Bolour for his superior service. He is truly an excellent attorney who can handle the most complicated immigration matters. Hire Ally Bolour and have the peace of mind that Ally will do what needs to be done.
I am queer and I have hired Ally to help me with my asylum case. I chose him because I wanted an attorney that will not be judgmental, that will understand the coming out process, that will be sympathetic to what the life is for a queer person. I also wanted someone with knowledge and experience to take my case because I was not ready to take chances on my life. Yes, he wasn't the cheapest, but he is the best and the money I had paid him to help me with my case was the money well spent. Thanks to Ally and his team, I have been fortunate to remain in this country and make every cent I paid him back. From the first call and throughout all the calls and meetings Ally and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. He took a really good care of me, constantly following up on my case and keeping me informed and helping me navigate the process step by step. I lived quite a distance away and he agreed to do a lot of work over the phone, email, and fax. Later, when I moved to a different state, Ally helped me locate an attorney that he knew and trusted (and she turned out to be equally amazing). With Ally, I never felt that he only wanted my money or was looking for a way to make a quick buck. Rather, he truly cared about me as a human being and wanted to help me. He took time to get to know me, to understand my story, where I come from and what my needs were. I am certain that if it wasn't for him I would not be here today writing this review and I would not be a week away from my citizenship. Thank you for all your help and helping me get a chance at a second life! I will forever be grateful to you.
He specialized in the hard case like mine after many lawyer run away how hard my case is. But now my status is so high now , no bad American can play around with me . Yes he not only help you but protect you and your status wih his vision ,and I might not fixed it out in that time ,coz I was foreigner. Plus I love he response soo quick, never have to wait like my friend lawyer contect her back in 2 months or a years later like my divorce lawyer , He so MAN! For me This is the only soo. worth money I ever spend in my life !!!!! Thank you ally
I hired Ally Bolour to do my asylum case. I am a detail oriented person and therefore had so many questions, which Ally spent a good time on the phone answering them all BEFORE EVEN BEING HIRED BY ME! Long story short, he left no questions of mine unanswered and perfectly clarified them all. As my attorney, he always kept me informed of the process and was always available when needed. What else would you expect from a good attorney?! I got my approval letter within 4 months and I am very happy now after a few frustrating months. Ally as a professional is an excellent attorney who is quite knowledgeable of his work and is committed to his client success. Besides his professional life, he is truly a very nice human being too. I strongly recommend Ally Bolour.
He was not only informed about the law, he cared for me. He went beyond what our contract called for. He even followed up way after my case was done, just to make sure I was ok.
I asked my complicated pending green card case and Mr. Bolour quoted me $20k (I'm not kidding)for his service and said "if you leave USA to visit my country while the case is pending, you will be banned for 10 years or probably never able to enter US". I hired a reputable sincere lawyer instead, my lawyer said I would be able to re-enter US while waiting for my complicated pending GC case, i believed her and visited my country a few times, I had no problem coming back at the port. And I became a permanent resident because of her.
He is so unprofessional, rude and misbehaved. He gave me so many incorrect information and made things up to make my case look complicated. Do your self a favor and go find a real lawyer.
