About
I work to protect your rights through negotiation and litigation. Not every case is right for trial and it takes an experienced litigator to know if the best case resolution will be reached through negotiation or through trial. I spent over four years working as a prosecutor at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. In fact, I started working there in law school as a certified law student. By the time I took the bar exam, I had tried approximately 30 cases before a judge or jury. That’s more than some attorneys try in their entire career. By the time I left the DA’s office, I had tried nearly 100 cases before a judge or jury. I handle all of my cases personally and place the utmost importance on being personally available to my clients. Usually, if you call me, you’ll reach me. If you don’t for any reason, I’ll get back to you the same day. It’s that simple. I’m happy to schedule a time to meet with you for a complimentary case consultation. You won’t get a high-pressure sales pitch from me, only information and my honest opinion about the best way to proceed. believe every client has a right to compassionate, skillful and aggressive representation. I also believe every client should have an attorney they can reach on the phone or meet with in person when they want information.

Hello, Allison Williams represented me in a "Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver When Property is Damaged" case. Two people who I had been arguing with about a parking space had told the police that my car had struck theirs when it had not. I could have lost my license for 90 day. I contacted a few attorneys and Allison was one of the first ones I talked to. I found another was ready to accept the case for a bit less than Allison wanted. I went to talk to this attorney but he couldn't really answer my questions and he wanted me to do discovery (reqest copies of evidence and police reports from the prosecuter). I got the feeling he didn't care. At this point I decided to go with Allison Willliams. I am glad I did she seemed to care about handling my case. She talked with, did discovery, stayed in touch and all the other things you expect an attorney to do. She also did a great job in court. She objected to things and got evidence admited. As I watched I realized how bad my trial would have been without her. She did and excellent job questioning one of the officers who had arrested me and got pointed out inconcistances between his statements and what he had written in the police report. I was found not Guilty! I am glad I chose Allison Williams and not any of the other attorneys.
I was in a dispute with a buyer about a product, Allison resolved the matter in my favor in a matter of days and had the case dismissed. she is a great professional and very knowledgeable about the law and I highly recommend her.
Allison provides ongoing legal work for our company and serves our small start up as our adjunct Chief Legal Counsel. Her skilled legal guidance has kept us on the straight and narrow path and she is a valued contributor to our organization. I highly recommend Ms. Williams to anyone seeking an outstanding attorney.
