We finally requested a refund on our deposit because they didn't follow through with what they were saying. After asking for a refund, instead of returning it, they sent us a big bill. We feel that Mr. Miller’s office is billing us for sloppy and inaccurate work that is completely unusable and has wasted enough of our time.
