Through the use of custom-designed tools including Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies, Allan gives his business and family clients peace of mind by providing expert advice on Asset Protection, Wealth Preservation, Wealth Transfer and Estate Planning concerns.  Allan is a licensed Massachusetts lawyer and MBA also experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial Real Estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and refinancing (including reverse mortgages), from initial negotiations, document drafting and review through title examination, closing and post-closure responsibilities.
