Alison kindly took time out of her busy day to call me and talk to me about my issue and I'm not even a client! She did not rush and was very thorough in her assessment of my issue.
I contacted Alison after I was injured in an ATV accident, breaking 5 ribs, and missing several weeks of work. Alison collected all the information, sent letters to creditors and resolved my case after only 8 months. She is highly knowledgible in medical issues, as she is also an RN. In addition, she is very caring, concerned and bends over backwards for you. I would highly recommend Alison!
After accepting my case and telling me all of the great things they were going to do for me after a slip and fall I was disgusted. 6 months later after waiting I received a letter stating that they were no longer going to represent me giving me reasons that we had already gone on over prior to accepting my case. When I requested the materials that they had obtained there was nothing that I could have not requested myself. No interview from the witness or accident report from the property.
