She was extremely knowledgeable and very aggressive. She made a very difficult situation much easier. I couldn't have asked for a better result.
Not only was she amazing, she understood our case. She was patient with us ,understanding and all around great. The time she puts into a case ,the work she does we can never thank her enough for all she has done.Thank you Breanne.
She explained everything that was going to happen, she went into detail about everything, she made sure I was comfortable with everything...I recommend her to everyone I know
My husband and I went to Breanne to help us terminate the rights of my sons birth mother and my subsequent adoption of him. She was amazing, during the first consultation she sat us down and told us exactly what we would need to do and was always honest about possible outcomes (even if it may not be in our favor since the State of Iowa doesn't often terminate parent rights). She put in so much extra work for us, since the birth mother was moving from around a lot (from PA to GA) and it was often hard to track her down. She had to send multiple copies of the paper work to multiple places and always kept us in the loop and was always there to answer any random questions we would have. One of the best days of my life was when we finally we to court and the just granted us the termination and I was able to officially adopt my son and I can honestly say it would not have been possible without Breanne and all the work she put in with our case. I can not say enough how amazing and caring she was and continues to be with me and my family
Sometimes marriages just don't last. Going through a divorce as a parent adds extra stress because you want to be sure to shield your children from your unfortunate circumstance and maximize your time with your angels after the split. As a father I can tell you the stress was unbearable because sometimes I feared the courts put more weight on a mother and child relationship vs father and child relationship. Breanne's knowledge and her confidence quickly helped settle my soul. She convinced me during our initial consultation that the court would hear my voice and she would be there every step of the way by my side to achieve my goal of a 50/50 shared parenting plan. From allegations trying to discredit me as a father to representing me even when I was out of state on a work trip, Breanne was there for me. Divorce brings out the worst in people but Breanne fought for me and my two boys. My case was in 2012, almost 5 years ago and I'm still grateful from her tenacious drive which granted my 50/50. The time she gave me with my boys is precious and appreciated. Thank you Breanne, John.O
Breanne did an amazing job in representing me in my case. I had a divorce and child custody case. She did an amazing job in giving me advice and preparing me for what possible outcomes could be. She will be your fiercest advocate and is easy to build trust with in difficult situations such a contentious divorce case. I have recommended her to numerous people and would gladly use her again.
I used Breanne for my divorce. My divorce took me by surprise and I was mentally drained. Breanne was able to be tentative to my needs and understood this was a weak time for me. She did what she needed to do as an attorney and got the job done! My ex-husbands attorney left the court room is disbelief and for me it was bittersweet!
Easy to work with and affordable. Was very professional. Made the process easier to deal with during an already stressful time.
I had contacted the office for a consult with her. I had a quick overview with her and she asked for what information I had on case. I spent a considerable amount of time sending an email and attaching files to get her familiar with my case. She stated if sent soon enough she would contact same day back or the next. Weeks later I sent a touch base email to make sure I didn’t get overlooked honestly. I stated I understand not every case is for every lawyer and an appropriate we are not interested would be appreciated if so. I never even got a follow up email. That is poor practice in a firm. I think that’s a great indication of how things would have gone if I had retained her.I provided the foundation for an honesty police and nothing. Chose wisely on someone who is true to their words.
