What should have been a fairly simple process became what seemed like a never-ending nightmare when Ms. Ash lost one of the documents and took an additional TEN MONTHS to complete the transaction. We were promised that she would track the person down, would go to wherever they were to get the signature, etc., etc., then pressured us to find the contact the person and have them contact her. We were told that fees would be waived then had to pay more before we were able to get the document. Then we had to take it to the County Clerk and file it ourselves. She and her husband are Primera Insurance and Financial Planning representatives. We, unfortunately, have learned their attitude and business dealings support unkind comments that lawyers are "blood-sucking scavengers" and "are good deep down … about six feet". Disappointed is an understatement.
