A native of Belle Glade, Florida, Ms. Payret is a graduate of both Stetson University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, and Florida Coastal School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. While at Florida Coastal, Ms. Payret also received her certification in International and Comparative Law, as well as spending a semester in Madrid, Spain. While earning her educational degrees, Aliana was very active in several law school organizations, including Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity, Hispanic American Law Students Association, Women’s Law Student Association and the Volunteer Immigrant Student Alliance. She also worked as an intern for the Farm Workers Association of Florida and the Immigrant Rights Clinic at Florida Coastal School of Law. Fluent in Spanish, Aliana works primarily in the Goldberg Law Firm’s new LaBelle Office in the practice areas of personal injury litigation, immigration law and criminal defense cases. Aliana enjoys volunteer work with several charitable and community service organizations, going to the beach and supporting the Miami Heat basketball team. Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University, majored in Sociology with a double minor in Business Law and Spanish. Completed the Middle East World of the Bible study abroad program which was a briefer program conducted over the course of a 3-4 weeks After graduating from Stetson, I went on to Florida Coastal School of Law, where I received my Juris Doctor degree as well as a Certificate in International and Comparative Law.
