Ali was extremely professional. He explained everything to me in terms i could understand and he did this document by document. It was nice to be able to trust him to help me get through the closing. I would recommend him to anyone.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is my first negative review I’ve ever given to anyone but I hope whoever reads it will rethink twice if they want to go through the headache and nerves I had to deal with working with Ali. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am from his rude and unprofessional attitude. I used their service over 2 years ago for my first home purchase, I decided to work with them for my refinancing again and instead of having a smooth processed it was so stressful and disrespectful. I find out they skipped a few documents releases back 2 years ago which reflected on my refinance and they still didn’t get it right the second time around either. He was unresponsive to my phone calls and text messages and he was extremely rude in his email correspondence. He added an additional fee to my closing 20 minutes prior to my closing time without notifying me – who does that? I regret I paid for their poor service twice.
