I practiced 42 years in Mississippi prior to retiring from the Rankin County District Attorney. Prior to that, I retired from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Mississippi. I am admitted to all courts in Mississippi and all federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. I do a very limited practice now... some pro bono and other matters for a fee, but I restrict the cases I take in so as to be able to devote adequate time to them.
