I am severely disappointed with her services. She has taken a simple procedure and extended it into an emotional, tedious event that has taken its toll on our family. On a number of occasions she would express concerns or problems but never provide solutions. Her nitpicking and poor communication has drawn this scenario out much longer than needed and why would she care since she gets paid for each one of her unnecessary conversations. She essentially kept putting monsters in our closets which didn’t need to be there just to scare us into submission. Her methods are unorthodox and in our opinion unprofessional.
